Terms of service
What you get when you book, how billing works, and what we each agree to.
Effective October 2, 2026
Who we are
Each city brand on this site is operated by the same company (“we”, “us”). We arrange routine lawn care at your home, collect payment, schedule the work and stand behind the result. The visits themselves are carried out by independent local contractors we vet, assign and pay. You deal with us: one price, one bill, one place to get help.
By getting a price, booking a visit or creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not book.
What a visit includes
Every visit includes mowing the lawn, edging along hard surfaces, string-trimming around obstacles, and blowing clippings off the driveway, walks and patio. Clippings are mulched back into the lawn.
Shrubs, beds, cleanups, fertilizing, weed control and anything else are not included unless we add them to your plan in writing.
Pricing and billing
Your price is set by lot size and shown before you pay. The price you see is the price you are charged.
- Plans (weekly or every 2 weeks) are billed monthly in advance by card. The first charge is made when you book, then on the same day each month.
- A one-time visit is charged once, when you book.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- We confirm lot size on the first visit. If your lot is a different size than you selected, we tell you before anything about your price changes.
Scheduling and weather
Plans run on the weekday you choose. Rain, lightning or unsafe ground pushes a visit to the next dry day, and we text you the new day. After a weather delay a visit may fall on a different weekday than usual. Visits are not timed to the hour.
Access to your property
You give us and the assigned crew permission to enter your yard on scheduled days without you being home. Please keep gates unlocked or give us the code at checkout, keep pets inside, and clear the lawn of hoses, toys, furniture and anything else a mower could damage or throw.
If the crew cannot get in, or it is unsafe to work, the visit is recorded as not serviced and we tell you why. We are not responsible for damage to items left on the lawn, sprinkler heads set at or above grade, or objects hidden in the grass.
Cancelling, skipping and changes
There is no contract. You can cancel a plan anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You can skip your next visit, change your service day or change how often we come from your account. Skips you request are not credited. The full policy is on the cancellation page.
The Done Guarantee
If a scheduled visit is not done, or not done well, tell us within 7 days and we will redo it free or credit you for that visit. The details, including what is not covered, are on the guarantee page.
Messages from us
By booking you agree to receive email about your account and visits. If you give consent at checkout, we also send text messages: a booking confirmation, a reminder the day before, a photo when the lawn is done, weather changes and billing problems. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts; you will still get email about your account.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim relating to a visit is limited to the amount you paid for that visit. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Contractors carry their own liability insurance, which we confirm before assigning work. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts for the county where your property is located, and you consent to that venue.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change affects your price or your rights, we email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the change.
